I see that with the exception of flyingn and markinnaples, no one is adding thanks to any of the Shelby GT Mustangs I post.

Why?

Honestly guys, the Chevrolet Gods won't strike you down if you add a thanks. :hmmm:

The fact is, the new GT500's are better then any Camaro out now. The Chevy guys are going to try to debate it but the GT500 is king.Even faster then the Hellcats

My question pertains to the 1965 - 1970 models. When one comes up in the Ebay section, many who view this thread make all kinds of comments and such. But when I post pictures . . . . :dunno:

Sorry, but I'm not much of a Ford person and I've seen enough Mustangs to last a long time. I'm in the process of a complete back half frame and floor restoration on a '66 at work. This is my 7th 1st gen Mustang restoration, one starting only with a roof, dash panel and quarter panels.
The late model ones with the big oval grille remind me of a catfish and are rather butt ugly, IMHO. I would own a '65 Caliente in a heartbeat. Love the lines on that car. '67-69 Cougars are another body style I like.

I'm a closet Mopar fan. Some of the sixties cars are very cool. I bought a '72 'Cuda new. I was looking for a '67-69 Barracuda notchback a few years ago, but the prices were climbing faster than my budget.
Rock on...:headbang:
