283 with 3 on the tree. Supposedly correct drive train. he added the HEI last time they started it. I thought the pictures of the trim tag would come out better.... I can't read part of it either.
Chris, I am considering it for Dad. I haven't made up my mind though.

I check here at chevelle stuff for info. That link is specific for ATL built 65 chevelles. Odd that it has no tint, not even the windshield.

The only reason for that would be the 1970 early production code 09C and the fact that it has a trm 735 and PNT 28 25. I have never seen a Nova done up like that.

That Ventura was just about a complete car before I got my hands on it. I took both doors, all glass except for the windshield,(broken) and the trunk lid. I found the key for the lid in the ashtray, but it was so rotten that it would have broken off in the lock. Had to move all of the s*&$ in the trunk and use two 24" extensions to undo the latch. That was fun.... So if anyone has ? about where I got most of the parts for my Nova, there is the car I got them from. I used everything except for the lid. That is for another project. My friend took the pass fender.

[/ QUOTE ] The trm code is 735, which is med blue vinyl/cloth and the pnt code is 28 25, which is Fathom Blue with an Astro Blue roof. That car would look good painted the original combo with some steelies and dogdishes or Tourque thrust D's or the polished II's. JMO. And with all of the sheetmetal coming out for these third gen Nova's, why not save it. It's also an early 70 production code, which has the bolt on doors, and it makes using the repop doors that much easier. I have nothing but time. Unfortunately, the car doesn't.
