Bought 2 things this week. The nova is a one owner 69 nova that I bought from original owner in california. The stoies she told me was great. She bought it new oct 3 1969. She kept a log every time she put gas in her. Its a 6 banger but not for ever. Just a cool old one owner classic. Will be here next week.

A chum of mine got a deal on a first year '71 Pinto from Ford as a 'body in white' and made a cool little B-Sedan road racer out of it!. I drove it a few times and the modified 4-banger was pretty fast also it handled great too...a far cry from the factory issue road cars!. Traded my tired 84 Z/28 for this equally tired SS 307.
did the deal completely on line, consumated the deal behind a pier one imports at 6 am sunday, got the car home. open the trunk and found BOXES of new resto parts, weather stripping, mouldings, mirrors, suspension parts, etc now for the paper trail. http://i27.tinypic.com/33ylsi9.jpg |

Here are a few of my Spring Carlisle '08 scores. A couple of AC golf tee sets and a GM credentials holder...nothing fantastic, but gave a buck for all 3 items... I'd say that's a fair price.
