Looking good.I'm sure any of the Motion stiping designs you pick would look great on the car but how about incorporating some Motion Lettering on the car as they did back in the day's?????????

I am still working on it. The striping will be the same color as the chassis. I am also going to airbrush a bullet cutting throught the stripe from the front fender to the door. Also, my hood is a custm built 5" cowl that will cover the supercharger, belt & all. The only thing you will see is 3/4 of the bugcatcher hat. Let me know what you think.</font> |

I think Joel would be proud to know one of his cars still lives as a race car & proudly wears his shops name. I would put " Motion Performance & the old address & phone # "But that's just my opinion ! I know it'll be super cool no matter what you do.

No disrespect meant to the car or the owner but, am I the only one who thinks it's sad that a Motion Camaro has been turned into a Pro-Streeter? To each his own I guess but, I hate to see old street sweepers like a Motion Camaro modified so extensively.

Unfortunatly, I can't afford both & my real passion is Pro-Street, so I figure I have the best of both worlds; a Real Motion Pro Streeter. Besides, after seeing the 'NEW' Motion car is full chassis & injected with a wide body. Mine is full chassis & injected with a narrowed rear ... PLUS a supercharger. So, Joel is almost there. I designed an exhaust in my head, (because the car has verry little ground clearence), & with the welding skills (& same crazy mind) of Gene Goodyear it came to life. https://www.yenko.net/attachments/376...8Medium%29.JPG https://www.yenko.net/attachments/376...8Medium%29.JPG The exhaust slips together, so no clamps hanging & even has a bolt in crossover pipe. This saved me 1.5" which was what I needed. I Silver Ceramic Coated the headers (for obvious reasons) & black ceramic coated the exhaust & crossover. It looks killer. </font> |
