Re: 1967 Z-28 Project Car
Sorry, but the car is no longer for sale. After thinking it through and talking to a few car friends, selling this car for $62K is nuts given what others have sold for! If the lack of a sale is really due to a softening of the market, I'll just have to suffer being "stuck" with this black beauty https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/grin.gif

Re: 1967 Z-28 Project Car
3 people have pm'd me asking about the white car and if it is available. It was sold to the other guy interested for $75K...original bare block, no other motor parts or tranny, and a '68 10 bolt posi rear end. Body was similar in condition to my black car, however it needed a right front fender. Std interior, rear antena, tinted glass. New interior kit and exterior chrome came with car.

I somehow feel better too knowing this car still lives in Zedder's garage!. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/grin.gif ~ Pete |

What's the over/under on this car being for sale again within a few; days, weeks, months,???? https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/grin.gif If we know Zedder, he'll see something he has to have and will be manuevering stuff to obtain it. I think he's got ADD, https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...ns/naughty.gif

Re: 1967 Z-28 Project Car
Wish you could have gotten the white car also, but I really like the black one too.
Besides, if someone wants to pay in the 62K range for a project Z, I know where they might be able to get one. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/wink.gif |
Re: 1967 Z-28 Project Car
Your black car is too nice to sell for that kind of money.

Re: 1967 Z-28 Project Car
Thanks guys...I totally agree!
Andy, nice to see you drop by the site. Andy just fell into '67 RS Z roller and we've talked about it on the phone etc. It will be a neat car when it is restored. Marlin, you know me too well! I've had AADD since I was 17 and sold my first car (automotive attention deficit disorder https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/smile.gif ). Unfortunately, the only cure is enough money to buy every car that you like, and I'm not there yet https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/grin.gif I just got a promo at work, so if I can keep the budget in line for the house the wife wants, I may be able to swing two cars at once and won't need to sell the current one to get the next. Or if prices soften enough, I'll be able to buy a half dozen with my current car fund https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...ins/tongue.gif |
Re: 1967 Z-28 Project Car
Ha!! I like the AADD part, here in the states we just call it 'a bass on a bank' - thanks to schoneye for that one! https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/grin.gif
