The first car described in this thread has just been listed on E Bay with a buy it now price of $2700. The photos have been stolen (they didn't even try to obscure the Legendary plates). Looks like the Camaro scammers are moving into Novas. The seller lists a Canadian address(stolen as well, I'm sure) Maybe they read my joke about capitalism in Canada and took it the wrong way. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/dunno.gif Marc

Took a closer look at the engine shot. $69k cars don't have screw style hose clamps, in line gas filters and non oem battery cables. There are some other little things that jump out too. I'm not sure that this car was always a 4spd??
If this vehicle goes for that price then my portfolio just increased. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/wink.gif

Actually, here's a '69 Yenko Camaro that sold there for over $200K... same clamps...hmmmmmm I guess your portfolio DID just increase! https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...iggthumpup.gif
No one claimed the car was perfect or an original survivor car with no mods.

Welcome to the site.. Part of the drill on cars for sale is the scrutiny they get from members on this site. The members have some of the finer collectible cars in the country, but more than that they have a wealth of knowledge and experience. Many cars are discussed on this site and the questions and answers help many who are new to the sport. Ultimately all cars speak for themselves and that can only happen by first hand inspection. Hopefully you will do well with your car, good luck. Tom Willimas https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...ns/scholar.gif

Hey Dragonrider69,

Since this is a SuperCar site, and you have a really nice car https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...ns/worship.gif that you're trying to sell...I figured I'd do you a favor! You had no problem emailing me out off of K. Suydam's site regarding your Nova!

This site has a LOT of VERY knowledgeable people, and LOTS of potential buyers https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/grin.gif

There was a post regarding your particular car, so I posted pictures of it.

If you are so particular about anyone knowing your information, why did you send it to me in the first place?

If I offended you, I'm sorry. That was not my intention...My intention was to give yor car more exposure to people who are in the market for these types of cars.

Another option for you would be to list it on EBAY https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/frown.gif, or get in touch with Rich P, who is a musclecar broker who frequents this site quite often.

Finally, negativity will get you NOWHERE on this site, and slamming people is not cool. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...ns/scholar.gif

Again, I'm sorry for any misunderstanding that may have happened

Bruce

Manish;
It's a nice car, no need to get your undies in a wad https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/no.gif
However, just like most any other car, it needs it's fair share of corrections - no biggie, just read along and you just might learn something about your car that you didn't know before.

Somebody sell him some TCS, smog, etc...

Maybe you can help us out with a little info, what level of chrome edging is on the dash bezel? And, is there a '1' '2' or '3' on the bottom row of the trim tag?

1. snarky

(adjective) describes a witty mannerism, personality, or behavior that is a combination of sarcasm and cynicism. Usually accepted as a complimentary term. Snark is sometimes mistaken for a snotty or arrogant attitude.

Her snarky remarks had half the room on the floor laughing and the other half ready to walk out

Re: L78 on LMC

If I recall my 9th grade english teacher would have made us make up a sentence using the word in it's various forms.
snark
snarked
snarking
snarkingly
and most assuredly, "snarky"

by the way, would a small snark be called a "snarkette"??
