Outside of the expected exhaustion, I wouldn't trade a thing. The baby is gaining weight fast and growing what seems to be overnight - best part is he's sleeping about 5-6 hours at night, sometimes more. Sleep training is just around the corner!

It's a beautiful process with non stop learning on the fly. Early fatherhood is also a great lesson in listening when no spoken words can be communicated (from the baby), especially when something is going on he doesn't like.
