Re: Garage scene
Awsome. I have a friend in Pine Grove with a 56 Gasser that is a small block former record holder he found and cleaned up. He has brought it to our York US 30 races at Beaver Springs. I worked there for 16 years and my wife currently works there. His car is blue and silver. Great piece of history. I have several friends that race at Numedia. The Mopar drivetrain is very cool. I live west of Harrisburg and find neat stuff, but it is getting harder all the time. GREAT STORY. Thanks

Re: Garage scene
Awesome wall art but did you really slice those 68 SS427 side marker lights?
|
Re: Garage scene
You most likely could have dealt with him. He has a parts business and runs a website called Classic Junk Yard.com. They made a cheaky Youtube video with the car in it. He is involved with there car club in Pine Grove. They have a ton of cool and fast cars. They used to rent the track and it turned into a yearly race date called the Jensen Mean Street race.

Rick, The bezels that I cut had faded 327 foil inserts. The 327 inserts were removed and then I installed the SS427 inserts. I made the SS427 inserts and I think I showed them to you at the MCACN show along with the MOTION emblems that I made. Chad http://i1355.photobucket.com/albums/...ps1a8e39ae.jpg |

Chad </div></div> Yes you did and they looked great. Glad to see you that no real ones were harmed for that awesome wall art. |

There's not much worthy of sharing, mainly project cars, but here is a pic of my '68 fastback. Chad http://i1355.photobucket.com/albums/...ps1daef6d5.jpg |

Re: Garage scene
The SS427 bezels that are on my car are faded badly, what did you use to black them out. They look good!

Tommy </div></div> Tommy, those side marker bezel inserts were made by me. They were machined on a CNC, painted with black basecoat, the top surface sanded down, and then clear coated. Chad |

Being so close to N.J. I just have to wonder if the OEM trans to my 69 Z28 is in there. It doesn't hurt to ask. |
Re: Garage scene
Nice Pic of Muncies! If Matt has a list of the trans VINs, I would like to see if mine is in there 9L5303xx

Re: Garage scene
I also sold the original T-10 from my '62 in NJ back in '69. Always hoping it will turn up. It would be stamped G1210**

Re: Garage scene
I hardly ever pick up any LOS Camaro Muncies. I do, however, come across lots of Norwood transmissions. I register every Camaro vin'd transmission I get with Camaros.org orphan list. If I have your 67-69 Camaro transmission, it will be listed in there.

Re: Garage scene
Verne,
I'll check the 15 or so 1962 T10's that I have. -Matt |
Re: Garage scene
Not the garage but one of the storage areas. A little cluttered but I have a path in the middle.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v6...pscc624018.jpg Behind the tires are a few Muncies.. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v6...psf60cc981.jpg |
