Thanks Dan. The photo isn't working for me. Looks like a real beauty. Love the color combo. I would love to see it and the other confirmed 69s in the show. I need to find my way to Strongsville. Might have to stow away in the back of someone's truck that is going from the east.
Thanks, Marty |

He has been to the Maryland Chevelle show a couple times with the car, his name is Shawn McCourry from Hanover, PA

Edit: Since I haven't seen a picture of a Frost Green car yet, this old heap will be getting driven there by a friend of mine. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...u/IMG_9652.jpg Then I have to figure out which of the 2 70's is coming in the trailer. Re: Northern Regional Chevlle Show - Strongsville Ohio
Thank you Mark for putting together a stellar line up for this years show. I talked to Mark a few weeks back about bringing some memorabilia to put in the show and what happens next? He puts together a whole room for us to help with the show! This club wants this to be "The" Chevelle show and are doing everything to make that possible. Thank you!
That being said, we now have some Rare Chevelle parts being displayed, Jim B & Denver G. Along with BKH joining us with more rare Yenko items. See you all soon! BIG |
Re: Northern Regional Chevlle Show - Strongsville Ohio
A couple of things I forgot to put on the schedule. Legendary will be at the show working with a local shop, Benny's Upholstery, to do a demonstration on Sat 1pm.
During the show, NOCC will be looking for a Chevelle to send to MCACN and represent the Northern Ohio Chevelle Club. Bob & Vickie Ashton from MCACN have been so gracious to offer an entry of any type to their show in Chicago. This could be up to a $200 value to the winner. We will also be setting the winner up with a club jacket to wear to a typically chilly November in Chicago. We also will have a "Kids Corner" for coloring during the day... http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d1...w/DSC_0128.jpg |
Re: Northern Regional Chevlle Show - Strongsville Ohio
Very nice gesture by both parties.
Does the Chevelle you pick to represent NOCC,have to be from Ohio? |

Re: Northern Regional Chevlle Show - Strongsville Ohio
*****SHOW INFORMATION*****
We have 190 registered for the show. Its going to be tight this year so dont blow a head gasket. Guys with trailers...(about 75 of you) this is the plan... This will be on a first come first serve basis.... 1. 25+ will be parked in the Holiday Inn Parking Lot 2. 30+ will be parked in the Ice Rink next to the Holiday Inn - We would like all open trailers in this parking lot because of the layout. 3. The overflow will be parked at the South Park Mall which is 1/2 mile west of the Holiday Inn. The facilities engineering manager at the mall is a club member so he will make sure that the mall security keeps an eye on your trailer. We will give you a diagram on where to park. Please bring a block of wood for your toungue jack to protect the ground. Remember.... None of us get paid to run this show and all proceeds go towards running the show next year and charities. So....Please keep your wining to a minimum when we tell you where to park your Chevelle and Trailer. |
Re: Northern Regional Chevlle Show - Strongsville Ohio
Safe Travels everyone - Thank you for pre-registering!! I feel bad for the first person we have to turn away because the show is sold out. We can squeeze a few more in if you call me before Wed. I spent all day Sunday working with club members stuffing goody bags, go over the last few details, getting special displays organized. The parking lot is already roped off and the go-jacks are ready to take care of those still parked in our area. NOCC is ready for our guests. We even managed to celebrate Jim and Donna Petrillo's 45 Wedding Anniversary at our meeting yesterday. I will be setting up my office on Wed in the hotel (one day early this year) so stop in and say hello!
