Wow that's a pretty serious change. Looks like the yellow cars doors where super modified & then looks like originals in the maroon car pic.

Re: 1987 Motion Monte Carlo

Looks more like the yellow and red cars are the same aside from paint colors but the burgandy one may actually be a different car altogether?.

Re: 1987 Motion Monte Carlo

No Pete the yellow car and the burgundy car are the same. The red car is another car that was built after the yellow cars mods were added as a package from Motion. The Yellow MOTION Iroc-Z was the first built that way. I believe aside from the bright red one there is a white one and a black one. Ill have to do some digging to see if I can find some pics of the black one and the white one

You won't find any pics of the black car its been under wraps for years, my friend is not into car shows. Never showed the car except for the 1990 nassau coliseum show, and I have the only pic from that show. He just drove it, never showed it.

Wow, i had my 71 RS Z28 in the 1990 Nassau Coliseum car show I haven't look at my pictures in years but know exactly where they are. I will look through them tom. & will even check the backgrounds really well for the Black Motion Camaro.

Re: 1987 Motion Monte Carlo

Thanks for letting me know its a monte carlo. Is there any funky striping or lettering on the car?

gigliotime 03-03-2011 12:42 PM

Re: 1987 Motion Monte Carlo

Yes it has funky striping on the sides, one of the wildest motion paint jobs ever. Done by Gary the local brush. Almost like an art canvas.

somewhere above the conversation has mixed a Camaro with a Monte Carlo . references such as "the black one" and "the red one" may have added to the confusion. not trying to hijack the thread, but that ship may have sailed Two individuals are looking for pictures of different cars, it will all wash out in the end when all pictures are posted. Thank God spring is near

Re: 1987 Motion Monte Carlo

Checked my Nassau Coliseum car show pics & didn't see any black camaro or monte carlo in any pics or backgrounds. Damn , sorry guy's. Yes there was confusion on which black car. We were actually discussing the black camaro when it got twisted to the black monte & the car show.

Re: 1987 Motion Monte Carlo

Like I said you won't find any more pics of the black monte. I have the only pic of the car at the coliseum.
