I don't know who or how I would find the car? Any suggestions? The casting date on your block should be under the middle freeze plug on the passenger side of the block. If not it is on the back of the block on the bellhousing flange.

This guy says the car was an original L-89 car per the buildsheet. It does not have the original motor anymore and he is asking $69K http://www.almeidasclassiccars.com/

Just called on that one and the vin number was not close to the vin of the one I have but looks like a good one if it has the real paperwork with it.

I appreciate that very much. I'm at work at the moment but I will get you the information. I would love to see this get back to the original car. This is a rare piece and in excellent shape.
