That ZL-1 is beautiful. Putting it on the rug was a nice touch.

I don't know if you've purchased your solid roller camshaft yet, but if you havent, you should really consider the Comp Cams 288 Street Roller. It's a great camshaft that I (and many others) have used with great success. Easy on the valvetrain and great power. I put many reliable miles and 1/4 mile passes on mine with never a problem. Very popular and with good reason.

Mark I jhave used that cam before..several times in fact..really like too...have not picked one out yet..have some idea of what I want..I'll post it here before I buy..just want to get the short block and heads done so I can bring it on home..put it on the stand..sit on my oriental rug and enjoy the view..actually the rug is a repro made in Iowa..100% synthetic material https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...iggthumpup.gif
