Re: 70 Chevelle SS 396
Mike - I have a friend who might be interested. Any paperwork or other info to document it as a real SS?
|
Re: 70 Chevelle SS 396
None that I have found. But have not really looked. It is a Kansas City car with an L on the Trim Tag. Also it is an original Cowl-induction Car.

Re: 70 Chevelle SS 396
Funny.. as much of a Chevelle Nut case I am and for as long as I have been playin with em .. I have never actually ridden in a 70 Chevelle.. with one exception...This car of Mike's. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/cool.gif I met Mike and his lovely bride at Chevelle-abration and we went to some guys' personal classic car museum.. I hitched a ride with Mike in this Silver 70 and I was hooked!! Not only looked good but ran very strong!! My virgin 70 ride https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...ns/naughty.gif
Should make somebody very happy! Good luck! Mike Crown |

Re: 70 Chevelle SS 396
I can't recall - would a posi rear be an extra-cost option in this car, i.e., is the non-posi the original rear in this car?
|
Re: 70 Chevelle SS 396
Posi is a option.
