Yea it is kinda rare Marlin, L78, 4spd, 4:56's, steel wheels, no options, purchaser had one thing on his mind. Suprised it survived as decent as it has SULLY

That is unusual. Very few BW axles in 69 Camaros (I think I've seen paperwork, but never the actual axle). In 69, it required a COPO # and it truly did reduce the # of axles ordered.

So I guess it would be safe to say, the likelyhood of finding a BX housing with a date code to make the car correct would be damn near immpossible?
The more I think about the car I am looking at it is what it is-a very nice street car-accept it at that or forget it?
