What do you all think about the plastic shot media concept? It won't create excessive heat & possibly warp the pipes. Personally, I just don't have any experience with it. Steve [/ QUOTE ] plastic media only removes paint... I highly doubt it will remove rust. NJsteve's rust removing solution sounds like the best alternative to me |
Re: How can I clean a chambered exhaust system?
Can someone say WHICH PAGE # of NJSteves 72 T/A thread talks about rust removal ???

Re: How can I clean a chambered exhaust system?
I just read through the novel that Steve ( NJSTEVE ) posted
on his '72 T/A restoration. Tons of good information there. I will try this rust remover: http://www.safestrustremover.com/ in the near future and I will post my results for all to see. Thanks again to all who chimed-in on this topic. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/smile.gif Steve |
Re: How can I clean a chambered exhaust system?
Congrats on getting through my "War and Peace" novel! Glad to be of assistance. Of course you must now post photo evidence of your process and results.

equal the novel you wrote..... https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/wink.gif Steve A. |
