Haven't had bias ply tires in a long time, but the flat spots disappeared after a short drive. It was never a permenent problem.

We let our cars sit for extended periods on the bias plys, and I hardly notice any flat spots...unlike the *allegedly* round pieces of junk rubber on my daily driver truck!
