This is the first time that Don Swaitek has made a certification up like this he usually only writes a letter to the people he said. Do the Nickey papers list the conversion to a 427? Does the paperwork have a 'phase' listed for the type of 427? The reason I'm harping on this is because I have a for sale ad for a used '69 Nickey Nova 'Phase III', and I'm curious if Nickey actually had phases or if it was just additional description added by the seller.
