does the policy of listing a price for parts also apply to the cars for sale section?

i have seen many cars listed here from members on ebay with a reserve but no actual price listed in there ads from this site and wanted to find out what the difference is.

i just want to make sure that if i post an ad and put a link to an auction from ebay, car or parts and that auction has a reserve i must list a price on this forum what i would sell for.
