The wheels are 15x7. Not in a hurry to sell them, if that is what I decide to do.

Re: Question about Torque Thrust Wheels

You can always run them without center caps a-la the old Trans Am racers. 15x7s on a slightly lowered Camaro SS or Z would look awesome.

Re: Question about Torque Thrust Wheels

I decided I don't really have a use for these. I want $800 for the set for members. I will post them in the for sale section also.

Also, I took them to the tire shop and had them checked. All are straight and true.

Re: Question about Torque Thrust Wheels

Jason - Do the caps push in from the front (plastic) or the rear(metal). If from the front, yes they are 1970's vintage. I have a set of American Spirit wheels on my corvette that has the same type of push in cap. I also have an original American Wheel catalog from the 1970's, and it lists the push in type caps for some wheels. But it does say to supply them until they run out and then issue the screw in and also the push-in from the rear type caps (metal). I have been successful getting replacement caps from a guy that is now located in California. He sometimes has ADs in Hemmings. If you wish, I can get you his address.

Re: Question about Torque Thrust Wheels

I am not sure if they push in through the back or the front as I do not have the caps. The address would be nice.

Thanks,

Jason
