How did I misrepresent the vehicle?

One more for the record. If I misrepresented the vehilce to Lee why is he still trying to purchase the car from me?

Re: Warning Notice

Dennis,

The biggest concern is the build sheet which said the car was an L78. The car itself has a return fuel line which would indicate otherwise. The previous owner indicated that the car never had a build sheet. Are you saying the build sheet is real?

Let's just try and clear this up as to what the car really is. Any BB 'vert 69 Camaro is valuable and clarification will just help you sell it.

Dennis
You are right - I still want to purchase the vehicle - but not at an L-78 cost. And, I’ve offered you what I feel to be more than fair for a plain Jane BB car.

How did you mis-represent the car? For starters: Sending me a bogus build sheet when I asked for the cars documentation.

I know - you just found it in the seat...happens all the time. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...s/confused.gif

…and for the record. This A.M I did call Dennis and conveyed to him I felt I needed to post this situation to the sYc site in the event a future buyer may not stop to ask for verification on documentation as I did…
Check my initial post on this thread. My entire motivation for this post is to protect a potential buyer.

Re: Warning Notice

Dennis has a solid project, rolling car. But, its value, as substantiated via a build sheet, needs to be recalibrated to reflect as such.

..and Dennis, burn that build sheet. I’m not saying you would use it again, but it could be used in the future to mis-represent the car. You’re a man of integrity and I know you don’t want to see that happen.

Too bad it isn't a Pontiac, then you would have known.

But at least you'll know it's still a real Pontiac in the morning! https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...ns/naughty.gif Just ask Danny Bonaducci about the alleged "lady" he picked up one night, who turned out to be a man the next morning....
