I believe you are wrong. ALL big block SS cars got black rear tail panels, regardless of color. The only exception was the pace car replicas. The black body sill treatment was not included with dusk blue, fathom green, burnished brown, and Burgundy... but these colors still got black tail panels if they were SS396 cars. -JB

Definitely fiction. I'm very far from being an expert but looks like he's got his friends e-mailing him some "questions" to post. Nice car but without any docs nothing can be 100%.

If you paint the tailpanel semi-gloss and wax the crap out of it for say....36 years what do you get? Gloss, right?
