I have a pic of a 69 Chevelle on a 1972 GM 8mm film on Chevelles.During the film they discuss resale values on the past Chevelles from 67-71.In the pic is a base Chevelle with this style hood tach.Cool to see this on a hubcap car in a GM film.It is not the Pontiac type,it has the higher type swoop like the Dixco..... https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/dunno.gif

my guess is a mach 1 would have a dixco since some were made with ford emblems at the base and were available at the parts counter.

BTW, per your inquiry, Suydam's Motion Camaro has a Pontiac hood tach with a decal over the Pontiac logo I believe.
