Unless I'm hauling, I would never drive more than 4 hours when I can fly. Then factor in what gas costs in addition to your time spent if you also have a job or are taking time off from a job. Then the aggravation and the constant lookout out for Smokey and his special brand of speed traps, its not worth it to drive.

I am picking up my buddy Rick L. in Quincy IL, who will be rooming with me. After the show, I'm headed up to Kenosha, WI, to visit my son, who is playing for the Parkside FC team. Thanks for all the input guys. I checked on a plane ticket and it looks like I can get a round trip for $207 with taxes. So, I think that is the way that I will probably go. Is anyone flying in to St. Louis on Thursday afternoon that would want to share a ride to the host hotel? I'm not positive on the exact time yet but just wanted to check and see.
