My guess is that it had a vinyl top ot one time. Look at the last picture of the car. Looks like the rear window trim is missing.

Check out the Emblems between the lights as well. Makes them look odd spaced wider apart but I will say it is a nice looking ride.

Beaumonts are indeed very cool. We usually get between 10 and 20 at our annual Northern Chevelle Gathering in Niagara Falls, NY.

I actually caught myself thinking it would be nice with A.C. but where that car was ordered they probably didnt have much need for it! There wernt any Chevelles manufactured in 1970 in Canada were there????......Bill S
