Re: Fred Gibb Memorial Show '05
Well, we still have reservations in Macomb for Fri. & Sat. nights, but my car isn't out of the shop yet. We'll just have to see what happens.

Hopefully everyone will have a good time. the jury is still out on the https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...ins/3gears.gif, we will have to wait and see. I'll be there with three Z16s (Okay, closer to 2 1/2). I'm counting on that great weather, Ken! I also linked to www.FredGibb.com on my site which has, incidentally, grown to about 15 pages. Lots of new info!

We're taking the Chevelle (sYc on the trailer door), a couple of friends are taking their #'s matching '69 Z-28 and a fresh '68 Chevelle, and I hear Don Stowers is headed to LaHarpe (from Springfield area now) with an Orange Y car. Then, of course, Annie Hartweg will be going with her Grecian Green Gibb Nova! Chuck/Dave, You won't be disappointed in the weekend. The LaHarpe and Macomb people treat you VERY WELL! https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...ns/worship.gif Glad to hear you're gonna be there; looking forward to meeting you both. Dennis |

Hoping the weather is not terribly hot, as being from Seattle I'm just not accustomed to all the high temps and humidity........
As I was the 2nd owner of the #27 ZL-1 it will be a nostalgic visit to LaHarpe. While #27 was tranfered to Alan Green Chevrolet in Seattle, pretty sure it started out at Gibb Chevrolet......... http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...0pics/ZL1b.jpg |
Re: Fred Gibb Memorial Show '05
Gonna be great to have all of this going on basicly in my back yard! I live about 5 miles from macomb and 20 or so from laharpe.

Re: Fred Gibb Memorial Show '05
It makes one feel good getting so many posts about our show. We have hopefully taken care of the congestion that we had last year. If you are trailering besure and watch for the signs on the West side of the park, you will come in that direction. We have 138 pre-entries tonight with 42 of them being Camaro's. The Mustangs are going to be in big numbers also. Lets go Chevelles, Novas and vetts, happy motoring, Ken https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/flag.gif

All you Bowtie guys need to get in gear. This show is all about CHEVROLET and honoring one of the more prominent names in Chevy's Performance History. We can't let those 'Four Lettered' vehicles outshine us! https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/wink.gif |
