For 28 years I lived within 50-80 miles from Carlisle and from '87-'99 I rarely ever missed an event there. Spring-Summer-Fall .. GM - Mopar - Ford .. even the Truck event I was there .. I was there for something at least 2-3 times every single year.. And I would pass by the grounds on the pike almost every weekend (York to Bedford for those who know) when I'd go home to visit and work on the Nova I still had at home at the time. ...I had to be flat broke or the weather just completely suck for me not to not be at Carlisle when there was a Muscle Car event going on. I've got photos out the ass I took at Carlisle from over the years and a bunch of tools ..models.. magazines.. stuff.. and even some parts still out in my garage here that I picked up at Carlisle over the years. Good thing I didn't have plans to go out to Carlisle. Thanks to an emergency, I'm sitting here at work on Saturday and will probably have to come in tomorrow as well. Hope everyone has a good time and keep cool out there, it's gettin hot!

Just got back from GM Carlisle myself. Another fun show as is to be expected at Carlisle. It's been 95 degrees in the shade all weekend, not the smallest breeze or hint of rain.
