if you want to see something REAL weird,go to yahoo and search Jay Eitel,he has a corvair with a V12 Jag in the front with a pontiac superduty transaxle in the rear!I rode in it a couple weeks ago.UNBELIEVABLE!,Tom

Joe not really...the kit was so easy.. its a bolt in of quality 2X4 boxed steel..a sb with bellhousing bolts right to a 65 and later trans stock! its got a saginaw trans same strength as our full size cars from the 60's, which is really a pretty tough trans ...I want one sooooooooo bad!! somebody stop me if I run across a clean no rust 65 and later car...OH BABY!! poor mans Pantera with a
real LT-1 in it..no kidding looks like a guy could do one in a long weekend.

Pretty close.. but the kit in this car was built is the way I would do it ... it had a hyd slauve mounted on a 1/2 piece of aluminum plate "bolt on piece" and it ran the factory clutch fork..so all the clutch stuff was stock GM pieces simple but solid. I will take better pics the next time I see the car..it was a realy well built car.
