Yes I have the Super Snake and they only built one. It was built by Shelby and Motion had nothing to do with it. Yes I had it at last years reunion. I was not going to drag race it but the Deuce Dorks were having so much fun I asked the Clarys to take their trailer back to the hotel and bring back the Shelby. I did make a few passes but I was not soft shoeing it...I am just a crappy drag racer. Did you have anything to do with the current repops with Ultimate Performance?

I fellow I know thru the internet sent me pics of it a couple years ago saying he was going to buy it if he ever got his Porsche sold. I asked him if I could buy it if he didn't and he told me to go ahead. Turns out it had been on Ebay twice but had not met reserve. it took awhile but I managed to get it bought. I have nothing to do with the new ones.

Hey Charley, that's a helluva car. But it just doesn't quite have the LOOK I associate with it. Are you going to change the tires before SAAC 30? Most of the pics of that car are from its 170 mph tire testing session, and on that day it proudly wore WHITEWALLS on its 10-spoke rims. If Marlin can shoe his Deuce properly, why not the Super Snake?
