Re: '67 Z/28 twofer
I have to agree...$60K plus for older restos on low option cars (one without the original motor) I like these cars more than most, but give me a break I guess the driver quality car on ebay right now with a "Buy it now" for $50K is a good deal too

Re: '67 Z/28 twofer
Mark, Guess even if we did split the 90K price and each take one of the cars we would have still be a little short on what he really wanted. I was thinking that the 90K price listed was at or right around the reserv price

Re: '67 Z/28 twofer
Jeff, yeah, I think he is looking for a lot more than the $90K. I contacted him and confirmed he was the guy I sold the cowl plenum to and ask what his reserve was since he mentioned in the ad that he was advertising them locally. However, he would not reveal what he wanted for the cars. I noticed that he has an appraisal for one of the cars at $75K, so maybe that's what he believes one is worth Roger, a friend of mine mentioned that to me also and said he thought the guy wanted $41K or $42K in the old auction, but it didn't sell. I don't remember the car at all? Probably because I was right in the middle of my MBA studies at the time and wasn't too focussed on cars. That whole period is a little foggy still
