Oh, it is selling with the black surround.

I am guessing the current owner gets quite a haircut on this one.

I can't imagine there is a second person willing to pay more than double what this car is worth to own it! Who ever bought this car for 260K is more than likely going to take a bath on this one....does he really think he's going to flip and make a profit after paying 260K???

You could buy a really beautiful, high horsepower bbc, Bloomington judged mid year corvette for that money but I guess to each their own.

You could buy a brand new C8 ZR1, have one of the fastest cars ever produced, and have money left over!!!

There are many things in this world that defy logic. This just happens to be one of them. It's already up to $150K...more dollars than sense!:hmmm:

I’m really interested to see what happens to the market in the next 5-10 years as this generation ages out of the hobby and a much smaller number of hobbyists are there and interested in purchasing a lot of cars. I personally think the dated resto mods are going to take a much harder hit than properly restored and pedigreed muscle cars. But I still wonder what the future holds.

I think the comments in the
listing mentions that the Seller/Recent Buyer is a Retired 82 year old "Medical Professional" who has Recent Health issues , and that's the reason the Cars for Sale ! only driven 150 miles since purchase...

I don't think that the current owner is thinking to flip for a profit, but we have to remember that it cost the current owner $260K on BaT (last fall) because another bidder was willing to pay $255K ...

And remember, the owner of the car today was out back then, then came back in to bid one more time to be the final winner.
Could be a heck of an opportunity for that 2nd place bidder from last fall,to now be the first place bidder at a much lower price.

It won't
