Think I will buy a collar and a good circular lock. Will use it when the trailer is hooked up. Will put both locks one when parked and detached from the hitch. Still less then half the price of the provenlock brand.

I would have liked to see a direct hit with the sledge hammer on the orange aircraft aluminum cap. Seems to me that would be a weak link and once smashed the whole thing would come apart

And a close up of the cut from the saw at the end. Never did get a good idea how deep it went.
I'm sure it's WAY better than the cheap ones he broke, but I feel pretty confidant in my stainless collar and circular lock. NOTHING is going to stop a professional who is determined to take your trailer. Hell, they just steal the tow rig and all when they want an expensive car inside.
