Freddie, I went back to my basement library. The only listing that starts with 700700 ends in a zero. So, a 7007000 is a 1955 Oldsmobile four barrel carb. If your carb resembles the one pictured in the following link, I think the question is solved. Look at it and see.

Got a chance to check the linkage on mine and it's a little different from the Olds carb in the picture. I don't know if this has ever been used. The color is real good and I don't see any signs of carbon in it. It's dirty, but looks good. Part of the choke is missing.

I'm not sure what differences there may be, or why. I'm not qualified enough on those old 4-jets. You'll need to reach out to someone that is more experienced in older Oldsmobiles. I'm just a glorified parts guy that buys and sells old car parts as a hobby. I'd bet there is a club or web site that can help you figure why yours may be slightly different. Good luck.
