Nice looking, did you look on the side of block in the rough cast for the VIN ? Nice looking in the pic ...Low horsepower I would tell him to do what ever he wants ... If it was a pro touring car with an LS swap it would probably bring more at the auction v/s stock

Can you confirm the VIN or PM it to me? It's not quite right.

Engine and trans look like a matched pair, but out of a later car.

The car needs a lot of attention so it looks like a nice Big Brake LS swap candidate.
The car has factory AC so that will make it that much nicer.
