Thanks all!! I've heard both scenarios now, tape to paint and paint to tape..... NNN 1st Chapter says paint to tape in '70, after mid year. I suspect the 10B car above might actually be tape since it appears to be 1/2" wide and the painted ones are a bit wider at 5/8"
