Danny wants that look but with a name on it, perhaps Edelbrock's, M/T's, Cal Custom... I'm just not sure what was in vogue during that time period. Def like the finned look! |

For me, a 1967 build would not have any holes in a valve cover.

I have a large selection of period valve covers... any idea what you are looking for?

Edelbrocks can be ordered with or w/o holes through Summit or Jegs, and M/T's don't have any holes punched unless you want them out. Both can look period correct for just about any year.

I'm ok with breather holes, a little extra chrome won't ruin it for Danny - it sure looks a lot better than when we broke it down!!!

The only reason I'm anti-breather is that it is a very identifiable feature of a 1967. Even a stock set of Corvette L-79 valve covers from 1967 would be period correct.
Do you have a oil tube in the intake? What carb and trans do you plan to run? |
