You should at least tell who ever owns this to pull the rear out of the dirt. I wonder if its the original BE.

That poor rear end must be planted 6 inches in the ground hopefully the cover is not disintegrated & retained the gear oil .

Bb throttle rod and accelerator arm with cowl induction switch is still there, maybe the only good part left!
