Thanks for all the leads & private messages , I ended up finding very original, 1968,paint,interior, drivetrain 427 Coupe, 86,000 original miles, in Safari Yellow for way below my set budget ! The best part was talking & taking the time to get to know the seller/owner. At the end of the day he said he wanted me to have the car, because everything everybody else picked apart on the car, the less than show quality original paint,un detailed engine compartment etc... is exactly what I loved about the car . He told me after owning & enjoying the car for 29 years. "Its not always about the money " Life is good !!!
