Interesting that the 1967 L79 Nova received a cast iron intake and a Qjet when the 67 Chevelle L79 still carried an aluminum intake and a Holley.

I dont want to take away from this sale but I believe that there were more than 6-7 made.. Its probably more like 10 or so.. Regardless still a super rare car!!

The type of tranny is certainly a question, but R8H30 would denote a 1968 model year vehicle with a Saginaw tranny....[img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/hmmm.gif[/img] I thought this was a 67 [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/dunno.gif[/img] wilma |

From my experience and research all the 67 L79's had a 4 speed Saginaw. The POP could have had a mistyped number.. I have seen that as well as letters and/or numbers left off.
