thanks for all the response guys, I have plenty to go on from here....let me contact a few of the recommendations and decide the path to go on.
Kurt - not sure I am following your post - - is there someone you used that did just the highlites? |

The 69 Camaro (and Nova) cluster only had the chrome highlights. The whole cluster was not chromed and then painted. Paul, Looks nice. What did that cost? |

Strip, chrome, detail paint bezel: $425
Repair 2 broken mounting pins in rear: $70 Clean, test, detail switches x 2: $60 Rebuild and Restore heater control: $199 CLUSTER: Restore case $20 Acid clean and test printed circuit $35 Buff and polish lens $75 Solvent clean, fuel, speedo, blank and PRNDL dials $28 Paint pointers $21 Recalibrate fuel gauge $55 Rebuild and calibrate speedo $125 Provide missing buld holders x 2 = $10 Bulbs x 14 = $14.40 TOTAL $1137.40 A lot of money, but I'm going all out to make this car as well restored as I can. |
