So, would the 4.56 gears delivered new in this car be hardened gears like the 4.10 COPO rear gears or not? Are they different from 4.56 gears bought over the counter in 1969?

I remember the 4.56 gears being called out on the window sticker as a option. And those were the only other special heat treated R&P set that I have known of. |

Man they don't come any cooler then that, what a deal for $3844.00 With 4:56 gears and headers at 60 you couldn't hear your self think. Hope to see it at the solid lifter room ? [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/3gears.gif[/img]
