Re: Day 2 Decals
In that box there's a "Powered by Dodge" water decal of a wheel. I have one of those that says Chevy. Also have one of the original Hurst stickers that say "Shift as hard as you please, but don't break your arm"....

I don't have many. But most of them are original decals.

Sorry,
Missed your pics. |
Re: Day 2 Decals
Wow.
I was beginning to think I was the only one who had these..lol Been asking about them for years. |
Sorry to resurrect such an old thread, but I was wondering, as someone who wasn't there, if these stickers were around back in the day, specifically from around 72-74?
Tried digging through old Hot Rod magazines and I don't see any Sun decals anywhere. https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/i...AU&ec=48600112 |
Never used this, and still have the Hurst envelope it came it.

This sun decal was on the bottom side of my RAIV cars trunk. Can’t say from what year but the driver bill Eckstrom worked for SUN before he went to steohen Pontiac in 68. Next time I see him I’ll ask him about that other sun decal.
Kinda funny it ended up w all these header decals on it because it had tubular automotive headers on it |
