Re: POCI's 40th Annual Convention St. Charles, IL.
----If that 67 2+2 tahoe turquoise Ponco is a 4-speed it very well may be my old car! I bought it at Crlisle in about 1974 and drove it to (then) home in Ft.Liquerdale. Painted it and did a few things like chromed the bumpers, and drive it. Then moved to Chicago to take my job at Classic Motors and brought it along. Sold it about 6 months after moving to Chi-town. 80mph felt like about 40. Great road car!!!......Bill S

Bill,
I think it is your former Poncho, the current owner is Arnold Boris. He has a fantastic collection of Big GM Muscle, all 4 speeds Dan |

Re: POCI's 40th Annual Convention St. Charles, IL.
Good seeing you, Dan, and thanks for posting the pics. I am happy to say that several of the cars you pictured accepted my invitation to join us in November at MCACN.
Thanks to all who stopped by our booth and especially to those of you who officially signed up. It was a very productive 10 days on the road for MCACN 2012, albeit a bit toasty! Bashton MCACN Managing Member |

I missed buying the car by 5 minutes and even offered the guy more money. |
