I know the guy who built that car. He just sold it a couple months ago to the guy that appantly has it now. It was in ivyland. sold it for 5500. wrong motor also.

Re: This one is for NJ STEVE
I ordered one from my Pontiac dealer back in '77, [closest thing to a GTO you could get in those days..]...then I bagged him and kept my 69 Corvette....Obviously I think they are the bomb...

Re: This one is for NJ STEVE
Ditto what was said above. No 4-speeds were produced, and they all had the 403 Olds or the Pontiac 400.

Re: This one is for NJ STEVE
GTO I dont think thats the car from Ivyland. This one has been in this guys garage for a few years. Seen it off and on and for the last two that I know of. For some reason in the last month its been sitting out side. Me I would be a little concen with it sitting out in the open for some wack job to walk off with it.
Got a good look at it today I have to say IT really looks like a factory 4 speed. No butcher job. factroy console buckit seats and it says 455 ci on the hood but who knows still a neat car |
Re: This one is for NJ STEVE
Correct. Any 455's or 4 speeds where put in after.
