I know this car intimately. [/ QUOTE ] Any truth as to what mixedbreed as claimed? |
Re: 1970 L78 Chevelle
By mixedbreed:[ QUOTE ] not only is the engine pad stamped incorrectly but the transmission is also a re-stamp. this car has a bad reputation in the greater toronto area as being a re-bodied car and re-framed car as well when it was owned by the guy that had it before this owner. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...thumbsdown.gif [/ QUOTE ] Nice car....wish present owner would represent car for what it really is. Fact: its rebodied, reframed, restamped block, restamped tranny, alot of people know the car, no hiding the facts. I knew of the car when it was recovered and was put up for sale. It was a roller in need of extensive metal work. VIN# 136370K117589 .... still a nice car. |
Re: 1970 L78 Chevelle
so what is original to the "car" besides the VIN number?
