Brad Penn, all the dyno shops use it. It's the old Kendall.

I keep a case at the house.

Re: Lucas Oil Additive & a Fresh Motor????????

Johnny Horsepower,
I run the same fuel in several of my cars and ZDDPlus is in everything of mine that has flat-tappets. It is not needed (a waste of $$) in an engine with roller lifters and/or catalytic converter (damages it). It is made for older motors to compliment the technology of current oils with the ZDDP content of oils sold pre-1989, API grade 'SF' oils. Each 4 oz. bottle contain 0.18% zinc and 0.13% phosphorus...which should be added during your normal 5-quart oil change.
