I,m here tonight and Thursday night, heading home for the weekend, and then back Monday to Thursday. I can look at this car any evening except next Thursday. Let me know if I can help.

Wiring money to a Canadian bank is apretty safe bet.
Although this kind of transfer can take up to 5 business days.
The largest bank in Canada is Royal Bank and they own Centaura Bank in North Carolina. Best bet is to deal with this bank and have one manger talk to another, get some personel contact going and the deal will be smooth.

We do not have Escrow services similar to the US.

Many thanks to all the offers for advise and help on this deal...my friend has decided to pass on the Cdn. car and is now considering a car in Indiana. Again...thanks for the help..
