Mike,
That seems to make sense as the interior paint would have otherwise been black. I learned something new today https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/smile.gif

The fathom green/dark green interior car here is an 03D built car. The X11 Copo I mentioned was a very late 10A built car. The crayon code notes the color of the dash and rear package tray area paint since it is non black.

The O1 code found on the Norwood pacecars indicates Orange interior X11 style trim.

Sorry that should have been an XO code, still meaning an X11 (or X22) coded car with an orange interior.

Mark, So even though the pace cars were not coded X11 on the trim tag, they had X codes on the bulkhead?

Yep, XO on the left side of the rear seat support under the convertible well material.

Re: Crayon Markings on 1969 Camaro

Never knew that....always assumed the bulkhead would have Z1, and maybe O for the interior. Thanks for the info.

Wonder why they used the X at all, as it doesn't seem to signify anything?
