Man oh man.............$5k is NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!! In my very uneducated opinion you stole that beautiful older rig.....

On a side note, I love all the cars, shows and good members that live "back east", but they really cant match the scenic areas you have outlined in your previous posts

Chuck,

Considering how well taken care it has been, believe me there is a lot of junk out there on rigs of this age, and all the upgrades, I did buy it very well.

I had a '06 Cab Over Camper made by Sunlite that was in very good condition and it was only a pop up camper with no bathroom or AC.

I got 6k for that, so buying all of this rig for only 5k made all the sense to me.

You are right about the beauty near us. Idaho, Washington, Wyoming, all close enough. Here are some pictures of the Sawtooths in Stanley, Idaho.

Enjoyed Three Island Crossing, in Glens Ferry, Idaho. It is sate park where the Oregon Trail meets the Snake River as early settlers trailed West. There are three islands that separate the river and it was in July and August when the river was at its low point the settlers would cross it.

Very interesting. We saw the actual wagon marks left after all these years.
