The axle housing and trans case are original to the car. The car was traded into Scuncio by the second owner,at that time it had a 350 in it I don't know where the 427 went. I resold it to the original owner a few days later and he still has it. |

So much for the HD COPO-spec gearset! It's neat to hear a first-hand account of these cars when they were new. Certainly explains why the drivetrains in most of them are long gone.
