I will keep the plugs loose after removal, then weld up the holes.

Man...I remember when that car was for sale - not too far from our house either. Glad you got it, Rick, I think I would have been overwhelmed by the scope of that project.

Did you ever get any information from the selling dealer?

Tony,
The original salesman, who later became the owner of the dealership, said he thought he had some memorabilia from the era for his dealership (McCormick Motors), but I never could get him to follow through.
I'll have to call and E-mail him again to see if he will respond.
